Greetings, a few questions

I am a Dragon but there does not seem to be a board for Dragons. So have posted here instead.

I am new to Role Play and unsure of what is and is not acceptable, so have some questions.

A) I believe as a dragon I would be able to fly. Is this correct?
B) My character is in search of a way of breaking an evil spell which has transformed him into a 3 headed dragon. Is there any possibility of breaking that spell and becoming human again? (I understand that shifting from human to dragon etc is not acceptable) Since it is an important part of the storyline for my character I would hope it would be possible.

C) Can standard weapons be used here? Or do I need to buy new weapons to defend myself?

any classes opening up for Mage's as yet? i am wondering, plus i have at least one person, seriously wanting to attend classes too :-)
